Delivery

The delivery process begins when the order is transferred to the courier service. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Delivery within Ukraine

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta" and is free for all orders.

Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking number (TTN).

Pre-orders. If you placed a pre-order, you will receive an email or SMS notification when it is ready for shipment. Manufacturing can take up to 30 days — we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

The pre-order system allows us to avoid overproduction and develop the brand with care for our impact on the environment.

International Delivery

We deliver esDen products to most countries worldwide. Delivery is not available to terrorist countries Russia, Belarus, and related countries.

Depending on the destination country, we choose the optimal route through one of our partner carriers: Nova Post Global, DHL Express, or FedEx.

  • Terms: approximately 5–14 business days from the moment of dispatch. Actual time may vary depending on the country and the operation of local delivery services.
  • Cost: depends on the delivery service and the destination country.
  • Tracking: after dispatch, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number for the parcel.
  • Payment: Delivery is paid by the recipient.

Customs duties, taxes, and other payments that may be levied in the recipient's country are not included in the order value and are paid by the recipient in accordance with the laws of their country.

In some cases, DHL or FedEx may request additional data for customs clearance — for example, your tax or social security number. The carrier may contact you via email, phone, or SMS. Without providing this data, delivery will be impossible, and the order will be returned to us.
